Our story

A small bakery with big heart.

Flour Treats started in 2012 with a stone oven, a stubborn starter named Margot, and a belief that good bread changes a neighborhood.

Today we mill local heritage grains, ferment our doughs for 36 hours, and pull every croissant from the oven by hand — because shortcuts don't taste like anything.
